This privacy policy applies to the Auto Scroll Master app (“Application”) provided by Joenardson Satur Divino (“Service Provider”) as a freemium service, intended for use AS IS.


Information Collection and Use

- Data collected: IP address, device and app identifiers (including advertising ID), operating system, app usage (time in app/screens), and ad interactions. No precise location is collected.

- Purpose: deliver and improve the service, ads delivery/measurement, and purchase verification. The Service Provider may contact you with important notices or promotions.


Accessibility and Overlays

- Accessibility Service: Used to perform automated scrolling. It reads screen content identifiers and UI element positions to execute gestures. No passwords, keystrokes, or message content are logged. You can disable it anytime in Android Accessibility Settings.

- Overlay Controls: Shows a floating control overlay to start/stop scrolling and adjust settings; it does not capture or record screen content.

- Permissions: Accessibility Service and overlay permissions are required for functionality. The app does not request battery-optimization exemptions. No location permission is used.


Advertising

- AdMob: We use Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your advertising ID, IP address, device/app info, and usage data to deliver and measure ads. Personalized ads may be shown; users in the EEA/UK may see a consent prompt and can change choices in device ad settings.

Purchases and Subscriptions

- We use Google Play Billing for the `autoscroll_premium` subscription. Google processes payments and shares purchase tokens with us to grant/restore access. We do not store or see your card or payment account details. Refunds and cancellations are handled through Google Play.


Sharing

- Data may be shared with Google (AdMob, Play Billing) for ads delivery/measurement and purchase verification, and as required by law or to protect rights/safety.


Retention and Deletion

- Purchase tokens are retained as long as needed for subscription management and as required for accounting. Ad/usage data are retained by Google per their policies. To request deletion of data we control, contact jsd.application@gmail.com.


Children

- The app is not directed to children. Do not use the app if you are under 13 (or under the age of consent in your region). Ads are not marked as child-directed in AdMob.


Security

- We use reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.


Changes

- This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Effective as of 2025-12-14.
