Muslim Assistant Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to paid subscription access in Muslim Assistant on iPhone and iPad. They explain the subscription plans shown inside the app and should be read together with our Privacy Policy:

1. Subscription Name
The subscription is shown in the app as Premium. The paywall title is Unlock Premium.
Available subscription options may be shown as:
- Bronze – monthly subscription
- Silver – monthly subscription
- Gold – monthly subscription
2. What the Subscription Includes
An active subscription unlocks premium access in Muslim Assistant. All subscription plans unlock the same features.
Premium access includes:
- Unlimited activities – create tasks and activities without the free limits.
- Ongoing Charity – help support the continued maintenance and development of the app.
- Premium planner access – access features marked as Premium, Planner Pro, or locked behind the premium paywall.
The subscription is for app features and digital services only. It does not provide religious rulings, emergency services, professional advice, or guaranteed personal outcomes.
3. Same Features Across All Plans
Bronze, Silver, and Gold unlock the same premium features.
The different plan prices are provided so users can choose the amount that feels right for the value they get from the app.
4. Plans, Price, and Billing Period
The subscription options shown in the app may include:
- Bronze – $1.99 per month
- Silver – $5.99 per month
- Gold – $12.99 per month
Prices may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, App Store pricing rules, or Apple account settings. The final price, billing period, and any applicable taxes are shown on the App Store purchase screen before you confirm your purchase.
The amount shown on the App Store purchase confirmation screen is the amount you will be charged.
5. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, according to the plan you selected.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings.
To cancel:
- Open iPhone or iPad Settings.
- Tap your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Muslim Assistant.
- Cancel the subscription.

After cancellation, you keep premium access until the end of the paid billing period unless Apple revokes, refunds, or otherwise ends the subscription earlier under its rules.
7. Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Premium access is restored from your App Store purchase history.
Backup files do not restore subscription access.
8. Free Trials and Introductory Offers
If a free trial or introductory offer is available, the offer duration, offer price, standard renewal price, and billing period will be shown on the App Store purchase screen before purchase.
When a free trial or introductory offer ends, the subscription automatically renews at the standard price and billing period shown on the App Store purchase screen unless you cancel before the trial or offer ends.
9. Refunds
Billing, refunds, and chargebacks are handled by Apple.
JSD Application cannot directly issue App Store refunds and cannot guarantee refunds outside Apple’s policy and applicable law.

10. Price Changes
Subscription prices may change.
If a subscription price changes, Apple will provide any required notice or consent flow.
If you do not accept a required price change, your subscription may expire at the end of the current billing period.
11. Access Changes, Expiration, and Revocation
Premium access depends on an active, valid subscription confirmed by Apple.
If your subscription expires, is cancelled after the paid period ends, is refunded, is charged back, or cannot be renewed because of a billing issue, premium access may end.
The app may continue showing free features after premium access ends.
Your personal app data is separate from your subscription status.
