Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the كيف أدعو mobile application (“Application”), provided as a free service by Joenardson Satur Divino (“Service Provider”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use on a compatible device owned or controlled by you.

2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

2.1 Pricing & Payment

  • All in-app purchase (“IAP”) prices are displayed in your local App Store currency.

  • Payments are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system, and you agree to Apple’s IAP terms.

2.2 Renewal & Cancellation

  • Auto-renewable subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device.

2.3 Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made through Apple’s “Report a Problem” portal. Service Provider does not control or guarantee refunds.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the Application’s source code.

  • Use the Application for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

  • Interfere with the operation of the Application or its servers.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates third-party services, each governed by its own terms:

  • Google Play Services

  • Google Analytics for Firebase

  • Firebase Crashlytics

Service Provider is not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data.

6. Disclaimers

  • AS IS – The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

  • Service Provider disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Application.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

Service Provider may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms here and update the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Application after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
