AutoScroll Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to paid subscription access in AutoScroll on iPhone and iPad. They explain the subscription plans shown inside the app and should be read together with our Privacy Policy:

1. Subscription Name

The subscription is shown in the app as Premium. The paywall may show premium access for AutoScroll Premium or Reader Hub Premium.

Available subscription options may be shown as:

  • Monthly Premium – monthly subscription
  • Yearly Premium – yearly subscription

2. What the Subscription Includes

An active subscription unlocks premium access in AutoScroll. Monthly Premium and Yearly Premium unlock the same premium features.

Premium access may include:

  • Reader Hub access – access the premium reading hub inside the app.
  • In-app browser – open and read web pages inside AutoScroll.
  • Document reader – open supported documents such as PDF, EPUB, TXT, HTML, images, and other supported files.
  • Immersive reader mode – extract and display readable article content when supported.
  • Auto-scroll controls – use reading and scrolling tools designed for hands-free reading.
  • Text-to-speech support – use supported iOS text-to-speech features for compatible content.

The subscription is for app features and digital services only. It does not provide ownership of third-party websites, documents, books, articles, media, or external content opened inside the app.

3. Same Features Across All Plans

Monthly Premium and Yearly Premium unlock the same premium features.

The difference between the plans is the billing duration. The monthly plan renews monthly, while the yearly plan renews yearly.

4. Plans, Price, and Billing Period

The subscription options shown in the app may include:

  • Monthly Premium – monthly subscription
  • Yearly Premium – yearly subscription

Prices may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, App Store pricing rules, or Apple account settings. The final price, billing period, and any applicable taxes are shown on the App Store purchase screen before you confirm your purchase.

The amount shown on the App Store purchase confirmation screen is the amount you will be charged.

5. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, according to the plan you selected.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings.

To cancel:

  • Open iPhone or iPad Settings.
  • Tap your Apple ID.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Select AutoScroll.
  • Cancel the subscription.

After cancellation, you keep premium access until the end of the paid billing period unless Apple revokes, refunds, or otherwise ends the subscription earlier under its rules.

7. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

Premium access is restored from your App Store purchase history.

Local app data, browser tabs, reading progress, or backup files do not restore subscription access. Subscription access is restored through Apple.

8. Free Trials and Introductory Offers

If a free trial or introductory offer is available, the offer duration, offer price, standard renewal price, and billing period will be shown on the App Store purchase screen before purchase.

When a free trial or introductory offer ends, the subscription automatically renews at the standard price and billing period shown on the App Store purchase screen unless you cancel before the trial or offer ends.

Free trials and introductory offers are subject to Apple eligibility rules. Availability may depend on your Apple ID, subscription history, App Store region, and Apple’s subscription rules.

9. Refunds

Billing, refunds, and chargebacks are handled by Apple.

Joenardson Satur Divino cannot directly issue App Store refunds and cannot guarantee refunds outside Apple’s policy and applicable law.

10. Price Changes

Subscription prices may change.

If a subscription price changes, Apple will provide any required notice or consent flow.

If you do not accept a required price change, your subscription may expire at the end of the current billing period.

11. Access Changes, Expiration, and Revocation

Premium access depends on an active, valid subscription confirmed by Apple.

If your subscription expires, is cancelled after the paid period ends, is refunded, is charged back, or cannot be renewed because of a billing issue, premium access may end.

The app may continue showing free features after premium access ends.

Your personal app data, local reading progress, browser tabs, document references, and app preferences are separate from your subscription status.
